Description
Description
Join us for a peaceful morning on a working herb farm in Hurdle Mills, NC, where movement, nature, and plant wisdom come together in a deeply nourishing experience.
We will begin with a gentle outdoor yoga practice led by Shannon Reeder, RYT-500, C-IAYT, designed to help you settle your nervous system, awaken the body, and connect with the natural rhythms of the season. Practicing in the open air allows the senses to soften and the mind to become receptive to the healing environment around us.
After yoga, farmer and herbalist Melissa English will teach us about the medicinal properties of Lemon Balm. Lemon Balm has beautifully lemon scented leaves, and it is celebrated for its calming effects on the nervous system.
We will close our time together with a refreshing herbal beverage made from the Lemon Balm grown on the farm, offering a simple way to experience the herbs we’ve just explored.
This two-hour gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the land, and experience the relationship between movement, plants, and well-being.
Guests should bring their own yoga mat and water. Yoga session is suitable for most levels, and modifications will be offered throughout.
