Shipping policy
Standard shipping is currently only available for our dried herbs, some dried flowers, and some of our herbal products. Any products labeled for "Local Pickup or Delivery Only" are not eligible for shipping at this time. Fresh herb orders are only available for local pickup or overnight usps/ups shipping with no exceptions.
Order Processing: All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We are a working farm and therefore, we typically choose 1 day a week to package and process all orders. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive shipping confirmation for your order. Fresh herb orders are harvested and packaged once week. Please allow for up to 7 days to receive shipping confirmation of your order. For fresh herb orders we will contact you 24 hours before harvesting to confirm you will be able to receive your order. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times: Currently we only ship to the contiguous United States. Please be patient with shipping times, as due to the current carriers timelines, items are taking slightly longer to reach their destination. General expectation is around 3-5 business days, once shipped. Fresh herb orders should arrive next day.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We calculate your shipping cost based on the current carrier cost for the size and weight of your package. Any over payment for shipping costs for Fresh Herb orders will be refunded when we package your order..
On-Farm Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Wild Aster Farm. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours (except Sundays and Holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is first placed. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order is ready to be picked up.
For most orders, if you pay online when you checkout, your order can be picked up at the farm gate in the bin labelled "Pick Ups" once you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email confirmation.
For customers who place large orders or large dried flower orders that cannot be left at the gate, we will contact you with instructions and to arrange a time to pick-up your order.
If you choose to pay cash or check at pickup, please choose the COD option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time to pick-up your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wildasterfarm.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns/Changes/Cancellations

Due to the nature of our farm products, we cannot except returns of dried herbs, fresh herbs, seedlings, dried flowers, and herbal products, as well as any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@wildasterfarm.com within 4 hours of receiving your confirmation email. We cannot change or cancel orders once they are shipped.
