Farm Policies

Please plan to wear appropriate clothing and closed toe shoes for walking around a working farm. We will be spending majority of the class moving around the farm to talk about specific plants. There is a bathroom on site for guest use, but it requires going up a flight of stairs.

If you have questions about whether this class may be accessible to you or your family, please feel free to contact us at info@wildasterfarm.com

This class takes place on a working farm, with animals, and medicinal herb crops. Please plan to dress accordingly for the weather the day of the course. The class is "mild" rain or shine. If the weather is exceptionally bad (unsafe weather conditions) the day of the planned class, we will contact your group coordinator about rescheduling or cancelling.

Please, no pets. We have our own animals and a working farm dog and for the safety of our animals and your pet we cannot allow outside animals. Task trained service animals are welcome, we just ask that you contact us prior to attending the class so we can make accommodations.

After registration you you will receive a confirmation email. After the registration deadline, each family registered will receive and email with detailed information needed for the class.

Cancellation Policies

We understand that things come up, folks get sick, etc. If you are going to miss the class, please contact us via email at info@wildasterfarm.com at least 1 week before the scheduled class date to cancel and receive a refund.

If cancellations are made after this time frame, we cannot offer a refund, but may be able to apply your fee to a future class.
