Ingredients: Organic Vodka, Fresh Hops Cones

General dosage guidelines for adults:
1-3 droppers 2-3x a day

Hops is a nervine, slightly estrogenic, and a digestive. Hops was traditionally used to help aid in digestion and for stomach ailments. It has more recently been used to help support symptoms during menopause and for sleeplessness and restlessness at night.

Store bottle in cool, dry place
