Healing Herb Garden for Beginners May 23, 2026

Are you interested in learning more about growing your own medicinal herbs?

Come join Melissa from Wild Aster Farm to learn the first steps to creating your own medicinal herb garden. Whether you have a few pots, or a few acres, this class will be a great way to get started!

Participants will learn why medicinal herbs are important for a home garden, how to pick which herbs are best suited for your needs, which medicinal herbs are the most versatile and important herbs to have in a home garden. Participants will take home 5 medicinal herb seedlings.

This class is taking place at Wild Aster Farm. This class will be held outside, under canopy tent. Please dress accordingly for the weather (sun protection, etc).

We understand that things come up, folks get sick, etc. If you are going to miss the class, please contact us via email at info@wildasterfarm.com at least 1 week before the scheduled class date to cancel and receive a refund.

If cancellations are made after this time frame, we cannot offer a refund, but may be able to apply your fee to a future class.

Weather Policy:
This class will take place in most mild weather conditions. If the weather is exceptionally bad (hard rain or extreme weather conditions), we may need to cancel. If we cancel due to weather, participants will receive a full refund. We may also be able to reschedule the class. If the class is rescheduled due to weather, we will offer you the opportunity to attend the new date or receive a full refund.
