Catnip is a mild nervine, may help settle the stomach, and may support fevers and relative symptoms during times of fevers. Because of it's mild and pleasant flavor it is often used in remedies for children.

Dried herbs can be used for teas, tinctures or infused oils. Store dried herbs in air tight containers, away from moisture and light.
