Postpartum Herbal Bath Blend:
Ingredients: Dried Calendula Flowers, Dried Plantain Leaf, Dried Comfrey Leaf, Dried Chamomile Flowers, Dried Lavender Buds

1-3 droppers 2-3x a day

Milky oats is like a big hug for your nervous system. As a tonic herb, over time, it may help gently rejuvenate and restore the nervous system. The milky oat tops are harvested at their peak and the tincture is the best way to garner the benefits of this plant. Milky oats are mucilaginous and can help quell inflammation and irritation. If you are feeling depleted, frazzled and run down, milky oats is a great addition to your home apothecary.

Shepard's Purse is an often overlooked "weed", but it is a powerful plant. Shepard's purse is styptic and astringent, and historically has been used to support women's cycles and during the postpartum period.
Considerations:
Avoid use while pregnant without specific supervision from your practitioner or medical provider.

This blend includes herbs that help to sooth and heal irritated and sensitive skin and areas of the body. All of these herbs were grown on our farm, naturally, with no sprays of any kind. Each herb is hand harvested and dried slowly to maintain medicinal value and properties. Although this is most often used by postpartum mommas, it is also a wonderful herbal bath blend for any time you need some extra soothing and relaxation!
